Refunds
- All coaching sessions are pre-paid and booked in advance.
- Refunds are provided only if sessions are canceled at least 48 hours in advance.
- No refunds are available for sessions missed without prior notice.
- Packages (multi-session programs) are non-refundable once the first session has been completed.
Rescheduling
- Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
- Rescheduled sessions must be completed within the package validity period.
